Who is Behind?

Hoi my name is Zander and I am a freelance photographer based in Zürich . I specialize in Car photography and videography. I love cars and not just to photograph but also to drive them or watch motorsport. All that passion for cars, I put in my photography, to capture the best picture for you.

In the past year I traveled to various events to photograph cars and their owners. My highlight was definetly the SOC Classic where I could film and shoot an amazing Ferrari F40 in the swissalps.

Why photography

For me, my camera is a tool to capture things that were, things that are and some things that have not yet come to pass. To keep it in Galadriels words, that means I love to shoot the old and classic cars that live in our memory, I love too shoot the cars that are here and now and cars that might be the cars of our future.

Thats why it is a goal for the near future to photograph for a motorsport magazine and visit some amazing events like the legendary Le mans classic or an Formel 1 race.

My Skills

My skills come from the last years traveling the world and photographing amazing scenes in different parts of the world with my small Sony alpha 6000.

Now that I settled here in Zürich I have been able to focus more on car photography and private shootings. Therefore I had to learn to edit photos and videos and geared up with the Sony alpha 7r5, a beast in taking photos and videos.

My passion for cars started already in a young age when I watched F1 with my dad on the weekend. And now driving my own Oldtimer, visiting various car-events and documenting them with my camera.

Cars are more than machines — they represent design, emotion, and engineering. My passion for automotive culture helps me capture these qualities through thoughtful composition, light, and detail-driven imagery.

I drive my own Oldtimer an Opel Kadett E from 1986

I am 24 I have a drivers license so we can drive somewhere and make some awesome rolling-shots. I dont have a family yet so I have lots of time for you. I work hard since 8 years so I know what it means to get the job perfectly done.

Yet with my young age I have enough knowledge to make your car look awesome in every picture and video we take.

I bring a fresh and contemporary perspective to photography, combined with a strong focus on quality and intention. I draw inspiration from modern visual language without blindly following trends, aiming instead for a timeless and authentic aesthetic.

Every project receives my full attention. I work with focus, care, and genuine commitment rather than routine. Open and honest communication is an essential part of my process, as it creates the foundation for natural and meaningful images. With a confident understanding of modern equipment and digital workflows, I am able to work efficiently while maintaining a consistently high level of image quality. My goal is to create photographs that are both technically refined and emotionally engaging.

Now that I'm settled in Zürich, I focus more on car photography and private shoots, using my Sony alpha 7r5 for professional results.

I work with reliable, high-end equipment to ensure consistent image quality in every situation. Using a Sony A7R V combined with carefully selected prime and zoom lenses, I am able to capture exceptional detail, dynamic range, and clarity.

This setup allows me to work confidently across different environments — from wide, atmospheric scenes to intimate portraits and compressed perspectives — without compromising quality. The result is sharp, clean, and versatile imagery that performs equally well on digital platforms and in print.
